Dr. Fethiye Ersan, DDS

My family has been seeing Dr. E at Apple Blossom for over two years now and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Very happy with the patient care and the treatments and services received.

Dr. Ersan was witnessed referral multiple patients in a row for root canals, including me and my kids (a second opinion said no such procedure was needed). At another visit, suddenly my kids and I all needed braces. Really? My teeth are clean and straight and my kids' are still growing and have no medical need for braces (looking pretty isn't a medical need). After multiple tooth chip repairs between my child and myself, the material used did not last very long. I asked about whether they had better material that would last more than a few months. The assistant became hostile. The dentist didn't say much about it other than it was what they had. Today she sent me a letter stating she would no longer provide services to me or my children because I questioned the chip repair materials, I didn't follow through with her referrals, and someone said I was hostile at a visit over 6 months ago. She's not making money off of me because none of us has cavities, have braces, or needs root canals.

Everyone in the office are very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind people. I will definitely recommend this place to all people that I know. Me and my wife are very pleased.

Chipped front tooth , front desk got me in right away, and my appt took less than 20 mins and my tooth looks good as new!

Dr. Ersan is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend her and her staff.

I do not recommend anyone use this dentist. HORRIBLE experience and those 5-star reviews are all BOGUS. They are not patients. They are Dr. Ersan's family and friends. She has anger issues, and rallies friends and family to trash patients when they complain.

Can't keep staff. Dr. Ersan repeatedly Ignored my complaints of tooth pain for weeks upon weeks, until my insurance company forced her to investigate. She then referred me to a specialist who determined I needed a root canal. Dr. Ersan placed fillings and spilled permanent bonding material all over the face of my beautiful teeth. Became enraged when I pointed it out to her. She replaced amalgam filling without taking precautions and left my mouth filled with mercury dust and chunks.

Dr. Ersan is an overqualified, fantastic dentist!
