This is possibly the WORST dental experience that I ever had. I contacted this office and made my appointment for 1 month and half later on a Wednesday. Shortly after, I got into a problem with where I worked which caused me to be physically present in my office on Wednesdays. As a result, I had to call the dentist office again and asked them to what are some available dates they have that are on Friday. After that, I explicitly told them to DO NOT CHANGE my appointment until I tell them. The person on the phone, BRENDA, said YES. Later on, I finally managed to convince my boss to give me that Wednesday off. However, when I called the dentist office to confirm if my appointment was still on, I discovered that Brenda, on her own, has CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT TO A MONTH LATER! On the phone, I told her that she confirmed she won't change my appointment. She replied that I need to "Find a different dentist"!
