Thanks Dr Oday ..
Dr Oday and his staff were very helpful and friendly right from the get go . Called me back in a timely matter and got me in quick. Spent an hour with me and my husband explaining everything. Gave me sone relaxation methods to start and did not push the night guard . Left it up to me. Exercises helped for a little but started to clench in my sleep and the pain got worse . I called and he got me in and explained how the guard would help as there is no control while you are sleeping to controlThe clenching. Got the night guard and it is already helping week two. Having more good nights than bad. Have to give the guard sone time to get use to . I was determined and it has helped . Hoping it continues .Dr Oday also has called me back with my anxious questions on the guard and reassured me what I was feeling was normal. Even called me when he was out of town. Thanks Dr Oday

Stay away from O'Day
He quoted me a price for a night guard (approx. $600) which I paid the co-pay (approx. $300) and I later found out he billed my insurance much more than he quoted me (approx. $1800.00) - on top of my copay. Mouth guard was cheaply made (very thin) - useless and uncomfortable - total waste of money, time and insurance.

Dr. O’Day is a nice man and gave me good advice on how to prevent my TMJ pain. However, I found it obnoxious to pay $14 every 6 months just for him to tell me the same thing during a 5 minute appointment. ($14 is just what my co-insurance says I have to pay. Rates will be different based on your own insurance.) also I’ve had issues with their billing department. They sent me a no-show fee for an appointment that I never scheduled. Then they were rude when I called them and politely asked to remove the fee. They said they called me to remind me of my appointment but I very clearly had no calls, texts, or emails from them. They did end up removing the fee, but not without an attitude.

Quoted me a price... then billed my insurance company 3 times more once he found out the coverage.

This doctor and his staff are horrible. I was in no pain when I went to see him, but I was in a lot of pain after he examined me. His advice was to eat soft food and use moist heat... for more than two months. He sent me for out-of-pocket MRIs and wanted $1,000 for a night guard plus $150 for a lower teeth protector. I was actually going to follow through with this lunacy until I called his office to ask for help with my pain and they rudely accused me of not following their instructions.
