Dr. Rugama is an excellent dentist. I have long been in search of a dentist who renders quality service. Before Dr. Rugama I was beginning to think that dentists no longer finish restorations, but instead have the dental assistant finish the procedure. Dr. Rugama finishes the procedure start to finish. He professional, friendly, and quality oriented. I only wish the wait for an appointment wasn't so long and the frequency of cancellations weren't so much which may not be in the docs control.
