My experience with Dr. Frank Chang has been amazing from start to finish. Highly knowledgeable, good quality work and affordable. He doesn't try to upsell you on anything you don't need and always provides options. I've had numerous emergency visits to him and he's always made himself available for me. Great Dentist and I highly recommend.
