Dr. Frank Walsh, DMD

I first went to Dr Walsh 1997 and have been a satisfied patient ever since. I have trust in his advice and the quality of the dentil work. His staff is always courteous and willing to listen to your dental concerns. he is the best dentist I have been to, and I am 78 years old.

We were 7 min late. I scheduled a 2pm and 3pm appointment for my kids. I got lost! We entered into office and was met by an unmasked woman i think the office manager with no Covid safety shields. I introduced ourselves and her face puckered and distorted and she snapped “ you’re late “ the receptionist sunk into her chair as it looked like she’d been yelled at by her too. I couldn’t help it i called her a terrible person and she slammed the office door in our faces. Kids and all. Dr. Walsh you may be a great dentist but this is who your patients see first. Instead of investing in the fish tank find someone friendly to greet your patients and get them trained in customer service. This was a disaster
