Amazing Dentist, the secretary was kind helpful made me feel comfortable, the dentist was knowledgeable I have anxiety when going to dentist I felt comfortable, everything was explained. So kind I wish I met this office year ago cares so much about his patients and their health.. I would recommend him.

Got a bad vibe from the very start. Definitely got the sense that he wanted to 'upsell' me and make a project out of my mouth. He man-splained me on how to floss my teeth. I'm 66 yo, I know how to floss my teeth. Definitely weird that he cleaned my teeth instead of the hygienist and then he did a crappy job. Then, because he didn't bill the insurance in time, he wanted me to pay the bill. Stay away from this dentist.

I have terrible anxiety when I go to a dentist, however I felt relaxed with Dr. Clasquin. He is a very experienced dentist. He is professional and thorough in his procedures and He explained everything he was doing and I felt no anxiety there. His secretary was so kind and helpful too. Maybe you have to wait to get in, but in my opinion it is well worth the wait!

If I could give this office a zero, I would. I can’t review the Dr because I never saw the man. His girl who schedules his appmts is horrible. I was told no you have to wait for a new patient appointment because of Covid and influx of new patients. Fine, understandable. Then when I finally got an appointment she called and said she had to reschedule my appointment because the Dr has an eye appointment. Really? Ok fine. She gives me a new appointment. After I hung up, I realized that I was leaving on vacation that day and in my irritation of being rescheduled I just forgot. I called office back& they said ok sure we can reschedule, no mention of dropping me. Today I called because I am sick with upper respiratory & Covid is still here. Again, no mention of dropping me but told me if I cancel next appointment I will be charged 77.00 for no call no show.. I was given a new appointment. A couple hours later she called and said sorry, we are dropping you! Incredibly rude & my time.

Horrible. He sells procedures that are not needed because "your insurance will cover it" and in doing so cracked one of my teeth. Now I am in pain every day while I look for some other dentist to fix what he messed up. I had infections after seeing him - something I never had before. He billed me & insurance more in 7 months than I paid prev dentist in 30 years (not counting cleanings). When I went there, I had no dental problems; now I have some that need to be fixed. Avoid him.

Highly recommend, he was informative and very nice. He made me feel comfortable as I have a fear of dentistry. I avoid the dentist at all costs and he was understanding and did such a great job at making me comfortable and easing my fear. His assistant, Fran was so sweet and very professional. You can tell they both are very experienced and great at what they do. Finally found an office I don't mind going to.
