First, Dr. Ross did not wear a mouth cover when speaking directly above me while my mouth is open. Felt his saliva on my face when he was speaking to me.
Second, office billed me for services that were not covered under my insurance policy. Went in for a routine checkup and were surprised to receive a bill afterward for X-rays. If the X-rays were not covered, the staff should have informed me. How should a person know while at the dental office which X-rays are covered and which are not.
