Office, nurse and front desk people were nice, but Dr. Asensi was terrible. It was our first baby girl visit, she is 13 months. She has no empathy with children, I really wonder why she decided working with kids in the first place! It was a terrible choice going there, please read reviews before taking your children there.

Dr. Gabriela Asensi was very gentle and comforting with my daughter's first time dentist appointment. She made the experience very memorable for her I am looking forward to our followup appointment.

You want a doctor that will rudely judge you and has an absolutely terrible bedside manner? Make this your first stop, and ask for Dr. Asensi. I don’t know how this office has good ratings with such a rude dentist with a terrible bedside manner. I came here with my 18 month old for an emergency appointment due to a bad fall. After the assistant takes an x-ray of his front teeth, Dr. Asensi comes in a while later and her first words to me are “You need to get rid of that pacifier, learn how to comfort your own baby, and stop giving them a pacifier just to shut them up.” I was stunned. Who in their right mind would make such a statement to a parent ho is in their office on an emergency basis to make sure their child is OKAY. I am not worried about a stupid pacifier, and frankly it is never anyone else’s place to make such a rude judgement of a parent. Don’t ever bring your children here.

This doctor has been one of the most ignorant doctor, I respect every person, yet this doctor has shown ignorance, disrespect, and rudeness. As a dentist doctor you should be able to handle children in a loving way as well as patience, but she is too ignorant . To anyone who reads this I hope this is helpful, no matter the amount schooling to become a professional dentist, becoming a dentist doctor is much more than that, it requires patience, and do their work with a loving matter, especially with children.

This Dr. was very rude and disrespectful to my 8yr child. She is not prepared to be working with kids. We had a horrible experience that we will never forget. We made the mistake of not checking her reviews before our visit. I hope you don't make that mistake.

The guy that is in the front provide a terrible customer service. He never picked up the phone and also he is not helpful to clients. I just had a discussion with him about a claim that he has to pass to my insurance, and he hung the phone on me. After taking my son there for almost 4 years, I'M NOT GOING THERE anymore. The Dr is good, but costumers need some respect.

Dr. Rolland is THE most insensitive dentists I have EVER encountered. I understand that she has a job to and boundaries to set to get her job done, but they are CHILDREN! Sitting in a corner of the room, not being able to even talk to your child to comfort them, is unreasonable. Many children are afraid of doctors and dentists. That is NORMAL! But yelling at my child to "Stop it!" and "that's enough!" while they cry is far from helpful and simply unacceptable. Don't let the nice office fool you!

This insensitive" health care proff. ".that calls herself a Dr. has an anger management issue , she doesnt greet the pat. or the parent .No compassion for kids that are going through a painful process such as an extraction. She told my husband not to hold my son's hand while undergoing an extraction but since he refused to do so , she said said" I'm going to loose it" looking angry. She is not suited to work with children and even less with special needs one like mine.Do Not trust her.

Mediocre service. My son was on his second visit and they had no idea my son has a preexisting visible condition. They did not even care or question or suggested anything. Chop shop place....

It's a chop shop. It looks likes dirty ikea store. She is ignorant to current pediatric dentistry procedures. It's a production line.
