Dr. Garo Sirinian, DDS

Was referred here by my dentist for concerns with gum recession on just one tooth. Met with the doctor, who was extremely pleasant, but told me he wasn't concerned at all about my gums. He recommended I come to him for cleanings once a year going forward. Then I was charged $675 for my visit!! It turns out $450 of this were for additional x-rays (my dentist had sent hers). These x-rays were taken before he even met me or determined them to be necessary.When I told my dentist that Dr. Srininian wasn't concerned about my gums and charged me almost $700, she couldn't believe it. Also she didn't understand why I would go to him for cleanings when she was handling that. She referred me to another periodontist who was lovely and absolutely didn't need the x-rays that he had taken. She charged me less than $200 and came up with a plan to help with my recession. I wish I had never gone to this office because $675 later I had to start over with a new periodontist.

Dr. Sirinian is not to be trusted. He pretended to be out-of-network when he was an in-network provider. On top of the he submitted false claims to my insurance. Unfortunately, I paid upfront and overpaid by $2800. Dr. Sirinian refuses to refund me my money and even kept the insurance money (so he was double paid). I’ve given Dr. Sirinian many opportunities to discuss and make this right. Bummer to be treated so poorly by a “professional”.

Dr. Sirinian has been my dental care provider for at least ten years and I trust him and his judgement completely. He takes a wholistic approach in caring for my gums, my teeth and my general health. His advice has always been spot on and helpful. I can confidently recommend him to my friends and my family.

I would never send anyone to this office. They can’t keep employees, staff is constantly rotating and nobody knows what they’re doing. Worst office ever. Hard pass on this one and do yourself a favor.

I found Dr. Sirinian recommended for periodontal issues on Nextdoor. I have had a very positive experience. My gum grafting surgery was successful. I have had numerous surgeries to address this same spot in my mouth, other periodontists have been unsuccessful in covering this area successfully. All of the staff are friendly and I have started going there for general; cleanings also as I find that they don't try to upsell me to have other unnecessary procedures done.
