Whatever fine care is provided to the patient is negated by the miserable, jam-packed waiting room experience: little personal space, patients facing each other a few feet apart, impossible to converse without others hearing what is said. The staff comes into the waiting area to broadcast how patients did and what their treatment plan is: most unprofessional. The staff should visit Washington Family Dental Care to see how a supreme, patient-focused practice operates.
