My mother saw him every 6 minths for several years. I was unhappy with the receptionist raising her child in the office often disregarding phone calls and a dental assistant who fussed at my mother in the waiting room for not cleaning her teeth better so I took her to another dentist. She had 4 teeth broken at the gumline and 6 deep cavities. She was seen 6 montgs earlier with no mention of any problems. At 94 she has extensive dental work ahead. She will have 4 teeth pulled and I fear she will get several crowns. The new dentist is still devising a plan for her care in consultation with another dentist in the practice. I will be reporting him to the Board of Dentistry.

Filled a tooth incorrectly and had to have it done again by another dentist. My insurancewould not pay for the rework. Also staff was consistently late sending bills charging me a late fee each time. Lots of appointment problems such as not being prepared forincoming patients and getting behind resulting in patients waiting longer for theirappointments. Would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Easy to schedule appointments. Welcoming and friendly. Professional treatment and able to explain issues in layman's terms. Follow-up appointments at convenience of patient. I would evaluate my fitst visit as *****
