The entire staff was professional and pleasant. I had a wisdom tooth extraction performed by Dr. Treinkman and the entire staff made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process. It put me at ease to see that he operates his dentistry with the foundation of old school methods innovated with modern technology. Additionally, I appreciate that East Village Dental performs all procedures in their office and does not refer you to different clinics for surgeries, crowns or extractions.

Everyone from check in staff to all care providers were professional and explained everything.

Doctor Treinkman and my dental hygienist Pragmatist Dani have been taking care of my Dental Hygiene since the year of 2008. That’s wonderful for me because I was one of those folks that feared going to Dentist because of previous misfortunes. No more Fears for me.

I returned to the office after a two year absence for a check-up and a cleaning. Dr. Treinkman and his staff were as wonderful and caring as they were two years ago. I noticed a few new cosmetic changes which only enhanced my dental experience. My two year absence was no fault of the office but instead my lack of insurance. I am happy to be able to return to this office for my dental healthcare.

Was there for a cleaning and 6 month check up . The staff were just outstanding . I have being going there since 1998 . I have recommended this practice to all my friends . These guys are the best .

This isn’t about service which was fine. However, when they confirmed they had my insurance details, they failed to mention that they were not in the insurance network. Worse yet, I am sitting in the chair and they then tell me that my charge is going to be an additional $100 for some sort of “special cleaning” that they already did. So, I walk out with a $380 bill for cleaning and an x-Ray. One would think they have some sort of ethical obligation to say that they aren’t in network. Instead, they imply by silence, that they are. And then the up charge when I am 30 minutes into the appointment? Come on! Good people, but don’t waste your time and money here.
