1.Too much nitrous
2.Too much enamel removed from my teeth...now they're sensitive to cold and they weren't before my visit with him
3. Temporary crown came off within two hours after leaving my dental appointment
4. I was asked to come back to put it back on and had to wait an hour... I don't live close to the office...I hadn't planned to leave my house again after all the work I had done
