My wife was scheduled for a clean up appointment. He found out that she has gum bleeding. So he recommended to schedule a gum cleaning / treatment appointment. My wife had requested to get done with the regular cleaning as it would be difficult to schedule another appointment in the near future. His assistant too was not courteous enough. They kept her waiting for long for no reason. End of story she had to come back without any cleaning. Will not recommend him to anyone.
