Had a follow-up appointment from a root canal. Waited 15 minutes to be seen. Staff in the front was courteous in updating my insurance information while I waited. I was interested in exploring implants and Dr. Caiafa discussed if I was a good candidate for it and different options. Very informative and thorough discussions with payment options with office manager. Very inclusive office for procedures beyond general dentistry.

Assembly line dentistry.Long waits in waiting room and in the chair. Each appointment meant hours of waiting &minimal dental work completed.No 1 doctor-patient relationship. You never know who your doctor will be when you go in. Asking for an appointment with a particular doctor is useless. Caiafa goes from patient to patient leaving you for long stretches while he attends to someone else.No organization in this place.Rude, unhelpful staff. No notification of ins. approving procedure. Terrible!
