Dr. Geoffrey Donoho, DMD

A staff member spoke to me in an unprofessional and extremely rude manner. Shockingly, Dr. Donoho witnessed this and did nothing, he simply walked away after seeing all of it. This staff also called me a 'bother' and another insult.Also, he improperly glued a broken crown to my tooth, which inevitably came off within days, on Christmas Day, no less, in front of others. The exposed dentin on tooth #8 was never properly addressed, and I was rushed out without any consideration for the bleaching trays I was repeatedly assured I would receive. After weeks of waiting, they had my payment for bleaching trays, refused to speak with me after, and kept my money. That is theft, Donoho. I had to get a refund from my bank. The rude staff member uttered a one-syllable insult at me that starts with a 'c'. I endured a 4 hour round trip for this unacceptable experience. Fortunately, I have since found a much dentist nearby.

I've been going to this office for more than 15 years. I was shocked with the way I was treated when I asked for my records to be sent to my new dentist due to my move to NJ. I was asked to complete and sign a form, which I did. After three weeks, I was shocked when I went to my new dentist: they informed me that they had not received any records. The best dentist office I have ever visited. All the modern advantages to provide maximum efficiency and comfort. I am completely impressed. From the moment you walk into the comfortable modern office you feel at home. Friendly employees, a great waiting room complete with coffee and granola bars. They even give you change if you need it for the parking meters! Dr. Donoho is kind, funny and has a great "bedside" manner.
