My Sister is pretty much ‘terrified of Dentist’s!’ She is definitely a challenge when she has to have work done. Since his office expansion, his office procedures have been sketchy. I had a crown fall out a day after he told me he wouldn't accept my dental insurance next year. I'm not happy about getting billed for cleanings and xrays that were supposed to be at no cost to me.

Way overpriced~ poped gold inlay out flossing. With doctor all of 5 min. To pop back in charged 192 dollars. I was shocked but just said at check out dentists must be hurting with people not coming in with Covid. Not after hours visit and waited several days to get in. My husband and I were going to be new patients for them but not now. They must have seen me coming and though the gold inlay meant we had money. That was done at university years ago and not pricey. Talked to several people since that said that’s not a normal charge.

Dr. Boughan is a very accomplished Dentist. He is definitely a "Top Doc". I had an emergency situation and he corrected the situation as a walk-in patient. Found Dr. Boughan on line before moving from Florida to AZ. I was amazed by his attitude, bedside manner and humor upon the first visit. His office was already in Green Valley, AZ when I visited him in April, 2017. I used this site so I could leave a review and comment. Wonderful, caring dentist with a clean, well kept environment. Consulting and advising procedures and work performed in layman’s term. I would recommend Dr. Boughan highly and respectfully, with all 5-star rating.

Everything went very smooth and professional. Dr Boughan was very knowledgeable, gentle, and had a very clean and tranquil office. There was no waiting. Yes, I am recommending him to friends and family.
