He was so very rude! Even the staff apologized for his behavior. I could not believe it. His wife even offered to file down my K-9’s ,which was one of my dental issues. I wasn’t someone who had dental care when I was young. I did have some issues as an adult that I was trying to take care of. Instead of being understanding he was ridiculing... I wouldn’t recommend his services to my worst enemy.
Dr. Horton... you are why patients do not like dentist and or why they do not return to them.

Horrifying! I went to Dr. Horton for a simple procedure -- the bite of an upper and lower crown was uneven. He sanded it down satisfactorily where it became comfortable (no anesthetic needed). SUDDENLY HE PLUNGED THE SPINNING< GRINDING TOOL INTO MY LOWER LIP AND HELD IT THERE FOR MORE THAN 20 SECONDS -- HE DRILLED A 1/4 INCH DEEP WHOLE IN MY LOWER LIP ---- I COULD NOT GET AWAY. I WENT INTO SHOCK!! He called me to apologize for the accident!!!! I will never forget this unconscionable attack.

I had veneers and they are horrible - they are blocky, 2 have fallen off - one twice and another once. I would not recommend Dr. Horton for cosmetic procedures.
