The doctor is extremely rude, they don’t allow parents to go back with their children, I would NOT recommend him to my worst enemy!

Today my 9 year old son needed a silver crown and I decided I wanted to go to the back with him. After being told several times no by the assistant to wait in the lobby she finally let me talk with the Dr. Scott about my request who also explained to me NO that I could not and to wait in the front or that I could find another provider!! So you telling me to go somewhere else because I asked to come to the back and be with my son!!!??? WOW but ok!!!! I need transparency this is my child’s health

So do not let the nice place fool you. They draw you in with the beautiful lighthouse and kid friendly decor. They are the only pediatric dentist in the area besides Dr McQuade so they get cocky. Most of the staff is very friendly. There is a secretary or “rescheduling manager” that is so apathetic to busy parents. Down right rude. There are long wait times for service and if you are ever even five minutes late you will not be seen. Absolutely no leeway on tardiness. You will have to reschedule.

There is no better place than the Dental Doc! Dr Scott. is kind, gentle, understanding. He's staff is just as attentive. Always a EXCELLENT experience. Ive been taking my daughter there for apx 14 yrs.
