He wanted to charge me $495.00 above what my insurance would cover for a crown. My old dentist and two others accepted what my insurance would cover so to me he is charging more than he should. He isn't $495.00 better a visit than any of the other Doctors I've used. At a bare minimum let the patient know ahead of time not at the time of the appointment that you want more money for a procedure so I can decide to make that appointment or not.
