Dr. Grace Wu, DMD

I would definitely recommend Dr. Wu. If you are nervous, and don't know what to expect, she will put you at ease. I was highly recommended by my regular dentist to her for a root canal. She was wonderful! She explained the entire procedure to me and what to expect. Her staff is professional, caring and extremely comforting. I was continually asked if I had any questions and concerns regarding the procedure. Was I experiencing any pain, and telling me where we were in the procedure. Did I need to take a break. I was totally confident in the care I received from Dr. Wu and her staff. I even got a call the day after my procedure to see how I was doing! The procedure is lengthy. There were places I had more fun at, but the outcome I am sure will be worth it. I experienced no pain, only mild jaw discomfort for a couple days after the procedure. The worse part??? Don't chew on the side of your mouth you had the procedure for over a week. Lots of ice cream and yogurt! Yes!

One of the best Dr. I have ever visited. Totally professional, keeps patient fully informed about procedures and what to expect. Great demeanor and pleasant. Highly recommend if ever one needs a root canal, etc.

Dr. Wu worked with the latest technology, that I had never seen or heard of. The procedure was painless. She answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to return to see Dr. Wu. The office staff is very friendly and I felt comfortable.

This was a professional operation from end to end. They were very coronavirus conscious. The staff was universally friendly and helpful. Dr. Wu was totally professional in performing a virtually painless root canal procedure. I recommend this office without reservatioin.

Was referred to Alderwood Endodontics by my dentist for a root canal. The staff was kind & professional. The process was explained before, during & after my procedure was finished. I have yet to experience any pain since. Thank the Lord.

Excellent, compassionate service. Dr. Wu explained procedures in great detail. She seemed very caring as did her assistant. Highly recommended for endodontic procedures.

Questions were answered and the procedure was explained clearly. The procedure went just as it had been described in the evaluation appointment. They kept me comfortable and explained what was happening as the root canal was taking place so there weren't any surprises. I enjoyed the conversation during the procedure. I was told there may be some pain or discomfort for 3 - 5 days though I didn't have any at all. I highly recommend Dr. Wu and have already referred her to friends.

Dr Wu puts meat ease while having a root canal. It is hard for someone to put me at ease while having any kind of dental work as I am a huge stressed. Dr Wu is so happy and explained every step if the way. While all the time being very professional.

Dr. Wu was great. Very gentle and patient explaining the process and what she found along the way. She determined best course and action and was also able to fit me in very quickly since I was in a lot of pain when she started.

Dr Wu performed my root canal on April 20th. It was my first such procedure. Dr Wu and her staff were very professional and very personable during the examination. She explained the procedure and described potential variables. The actual procedure went very well, virtually painless. I was especially surprised with the lack of residual pain. Before leaving I took two ibuprofen. There was almost no further pain and no medication was required. I am very pleased with the whole procedure.

I have had two root canals done by Dr. Grace Wu several years apart. If I have a third it will be done by Dr. Wu. Confident, competent, caring , pleasant; all the attributes of someone taking care of my teeth. A phone call after the procedure to see how I was doing. Pretty nice. The staff is smiling, cheerful and fun. If a root canal can be a pleasant experience, this one was.

Explained the root canal procedure thoroughly, what to expect, and how to deal with the pain afterwards. Explained the gentle wave system and left it up to me to decide to use it or not. Glad I did! Does a good job of explaining the procedure while she is doing it and let's you know about how long until it's over. Very nice and I enjoyed her humming along with the music during my root canal procedure.

Great staff and pleasant to deal with when entering the office. Both the doctor and her assistant were kind, friendly, reassuring, and polite. Everything was explained well and they made sure I understood what they did and what I had to do after I left the office. Very pleased with my experience here.

Dr. Wu was very good. She explained to me what needed to be done, showing me on the x-ray where the damage was on the root. She also made recommendations on what needed to be done and explained that she would not be able to do it. She also called my primary dentist and he stated that he would not do the extraction. Dr. Wu recommended an oral surgeon. I would give Dr. Wu, her assistant, and the office staff a higher rating but five stars is as high as I can go.
