Dr. Grant Glauser, DDS

This office has terrible customer service, when questioning a bill, they actually argued with me about a patient plan, so unprofessional and quite immature as if I was speaking with a child. They stated I didn't understand the way insurance works and to call my insurance company so they can explain it to me. Any other professional office would have acknowledged that there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding and explain the procedure going forward. End of story. They went as far as talking over me 'I'm going to get the recording of a previous call because I know I told you' Dr. Glauser should be embarrassed by such service. When I called back to get the person’s name that I was talking to, I was put on a never answer loop. Awful. When looking for a Dentist move on and don't choose them.

Dr. Glauser is an excellent dentist with a very fine staff. He is very personable and easy to talk to and explains procedures in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend him.
