Greed dispassionate Dr Frankenstein
All they did for me at the dentist was humiliate me give me only a couple options which were completely barbaric ( leaving me in tears) and lied to me about the prices. I came in with a gaping hole in my front tooth and I was offered nothing.I was lied to by their administrative manager, Michaela. That the doctor couldn’t give any pain medication until I started the procedure so once we started the procedure, I asked if he was gonna call in the medication. She then brought me in her office and further lied to me and the doctor and she told me that he can’t do it until he pulls the truth so that was the first lie the second lie is she made the doctor think I was incisively asking when she promised me it would happen and they would get me out of pain I just had to wait for the procedure to begin . That afternoon, I went home in the same pain and text Michaela with my displeasure. The doctor then dropped me as a patient and left me the same way I walled in the door!” Humiliating cruel

Unprofessional office environment
Dr. Pinney is pushy about unreasonable dental plans-if you disagree with him, he becomes defensive, rude and immature. He does not respond to professionally written concerns-feedback. Some of his staff members are loud... to the point you can hear conversations 3 rooms down from your exam room. Disruptive environment and too much personal information shared.

Changes were not patient focused!
I've been with the practice for several years. Last November I went in for my regular cleaning and was met by a young man and told my usual hygienist, Sam, was not there. Went through my cleaning ok. Fast forward to February my next scheduled cleaning and I'm met with yet a different hygienist, from a temp agency, had communication issues and couldn't operate the equipment! I then found out that my cleaning in November was done by the young man AS HIS INTERVIEW FOR THE JOB! I was never informed that I was being used for an INTERVIEW, nor did ANYONE EVER OBSERVE HIM!

Misleading and rude
They mislead me in what the doctor could do, just to get a “consult fee”. I contacted them to replace a damaged implant screw. When I arrived they insisted I needed 18 X-rays. Then told me they don’t do implant work. I never was not permitted to sit in the chair. Then they billed my insurance and then billed me. After repeated requests to discuss this ; they ignored me. Then they sent this $46 bill to collections and added $100 on top of that. Very rude and condescending behavior from the doctor and techs. STAY FAR AWAY from this office.

I would only trust my dental care to this office! You are greeted with smiles from everyone from the office to dental hygienist. Everyone is courteous, friendly and always make sure I feel comfortable and a priority. They take the time to explain the plan of care and addressed any of my concerns. Dr. Pinney is knowledgeable and professional but yet kind, patient and empathetic and takes the time to explain every procedure. The dental assistants even take pictures to show you what your teeth look like and what procedures needs to be done. There is plenty of parking and the building is new and beautiful. I am extremely impressed with extra precautions taken due to covid 19, including temperature and pulse oximeter checks. It eases my mind that the office uses a UV hepa air purifier, the staff use N95 masks and face shield and promote social distancing in the office. The office is cautious in scheduling patient appointments to ensure minimal patients in office at each time. I fee

Straightforward! He tells it like it is. Most dentists fix the tooth with what ever is going to get them paid the most. Not Dr. Pinney. He tells you all possible outcomes and will fix the tooth as conservatively as possible. His staff is suler friendly too!

I started the invisalyn process in February of 1 to this dentist in February, 2016. Halfway through the process I was told that periodontal treatment was needed before he would continue the invisalyn trays. I was not pleased with this process and asked for a consultation with the dentist, made an appointment and when I arrived was told he would not meet with me to discuss my concerns. What I want is the money I paid for the 18 trays that I never received.
