Great Experience!
Outstanding in every way. Pain free root canal during the procedure and its the day after and I have not had one ounce of discomfort. Dr Berg and his staff were top notch. I'm not sure what happened on some of these poor reviews but don't let them dissuade you from coming here. 02/28/2023

Rude
Did same exact thing my dentist did (xray, push on tooth with q tip, blow cold air) and decided I didn’t need a root canal. I was sent to a specialist, by my dentist, to be diagnosed. He offered nothing except “to wait”. No diagnosis, no other diagnostics, no advice. I questioned him , telling him he didn’t do anything my dentist didn’t do. He got mad and told me to leave the office. “You can go” “Straight out the front”. I don’t feel questions deserve being kicked out of an office. When people come to a specialist you can assume they’ve been having pain for awhile? The patient is probably frustrated? Maybe show a little compassion and patience.

Poor customer service
My husband was sent to this office for a root canal. He has Medicare insurance. I understand the office not wanting to submit a claim to Medicare for payment, so we paid for the service and proceeded to file a claim for reimbursement. Medicare requires the Federal Provider ID number from this office in order to reimburse us for services we paid for. The office refuses to give us this number and refuses to file a claim on our behalf. Poor customer service when you do nothing to help your patients get reimbursed for medical expenses.

GREAT EXPIERENCE
Before my visit I looked at these reviews and I got very scared from all of them! I went and it was SO GREAT. this doctor is so nice. He kept making sure I was okay and he even gave me a blanket. The staff was so nice and I wouldnt listen to these bad reviews. he is so great and hes fast, too! I was nervous. I never had a root canal before. He made sure I was calm and he even made me laugh a few times. Not arrogant AT ALL. The office is so nice and clean. Everything was great. If I have to get another one I will be going back there. Dr Berg is awesome. Dont listen to the bad reviews.

Excellent service and care. Dr Berg is the GREAT and his staff is very nice! I was very anxious about getting a root canal and when it was over with I realized there was nothing to worry about. He made me feel very comfortable and cared for, I felt very little to no pain, and it didn't take long at all. I would definitely recommend him.

I’ve received two root canals by Dr. Berg. He and his staff are very personable and help you relax. I would highly recommend this office. The only downside is no additional payment plans. I had to pay about 1000 for 2 root canals in the matter of less than 2 weeks.

I came in to be evaluated for a root canal, but when he started working, he only did one sensitivity test before starting the procedure. It felt like a foregone conclusion - but i've had a root canal before & that endodontist was much more thorough with his evaluation. Dr. Berg was brisk and decisive, working quickly. I work with physicians every day, so didnt take his demeanor to be rude, but was slightly taken aback by the briefness of the evaluation. I would go back, but after reading the other reviews it would be with some hesitation.

TERRIBLE experience and would not recommend!! This person was inattentive as he asked me if I had taken any pain medicine literally a minute after I had just told him I was taking medication for my pain, prior to my root canal attempt. He didn't even explain the process of a root canal and wasn't sure/ couldn't explain if I needed the procedure. However he was ready to jump right into the procedure anyways and even numbed my mouth without explaining what he was doing! The whole thing was extremely frustrating. Now I understand why I could schedule an appointment so quickly and wish I would have checked these reviews before making an appointment. Ridiculous!

He the most arrogant rude man I have ever met. I was quoted a price. Which I confirmed twice. Once in Person and once over the phone. Arrived for appointment at kg rn right in. Once I was in the chair nurse came in took pictures then Mr Berg comes to ask why I'm there. I'm here for a root canal. So grabs the air gun a spays my exposed nerve laughs and sayes ya you need a root canal. Very painful he did it twice. then he proceeds to tell me I was miss quoted and the price is now doubled. Price went from the $980.00 quoted to just over $1900.00. Quite a jump. Wow. So I tell him I cant afford that today I'll have to Reschedule. He looked me dead in the face and said" I dont care if you have work done" and walk out of the room. so I get up to leave only to be told that I owe $97.00 for this jerk to talk to me for literally 3 minutes hurt my tooth double the price and tell me what already knew. " you need a root canal" Do not trust this man!

Very Very rude. Would not listen and gave no advice on my condition while I was trying to seek some information on what might be causing my painful toothache. He was not interested in talking to me because the results showed I didn’t need a root canal. Very rude and unprofessional mannerism.

Terrible bedside manner. Tried to blame me for a mistake HE made on one of my root canals. He is very arrogant and unprofessional. He is a bully and has a bad temper. I cannot believed he is allowed to have his own practice. I left not knowing what was wrong with my tooth.

One of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. Extremely rough with your mouth and questions you at every turn. If I tell you I am feeling pain, then you should stop what you are doing. Horrible bedside manner and does nothing to help you feel at ease....unless you talk about baseball. He did not listen to me when I repeatedly asked for a pain medicine that was not Ibuprofen. I do not recommend him, at all, ever.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU Dr. Berg, your assistant, and Kelly for taking a very painful tooth through a root canal procedure that actually wasn’t unpleasant. You worked for two hours to fix a difficult tooth. You told me it would probably be pretty achy for at least three days. Nope. 100% as soon as the anesthetic wore off. No soreness or bruisy feeling at all. Thank you for your skill and being the BEST at what you do!!!

Many thanks to Dr. Berg and his team for doing a such a professional/pain free job on my root canal. I have been terrified of the dentist for many years due to bad experiences as a youth, but Dr Berg and his staff helped change those perceptions. Dr Berg and his assistant continually checked to make sure I was comfortable and was not feeling any pain.. The work he did was phenomenal... Quick and painless, two of my favorite qualities in

This was the 3rd root canal I’ve had in my life. The first 2 were not pleasant experiences for me and I was dreading to have Dr Berg do my third. The appointment scheduling was simple and flexible. The procedure was the best I ever experienced. I would recommend Dr Berg for any Endodontics needs. He is the best!

Dr Berg is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever met. He is rude, arrogant, and insensitive. While having my root canal done he was watching TV as he abruptly and brutally worked on my tooth. After causing me great pain I asked that he pay attention as I was already in pain and was nervous prior to arriving. He became indignant and insulted me, then he said he was not going to finish the job. I insisted he do so which made him angrier. He finished but gave no follow up care or painmeds! ??
