I would NOT recommend this dentist. This office is too cavalier about the pandemic and fail to do their utmost to keep their patients safe. Whereas other dentists have been known to use full PPE, this office thinks nothing of having front desk staff wear their mask as a chin strap.

We have 3 generations under Dr. Biermans care. He’s an amazing Dentist, a true class act! His honesty & professionalism has always been comforting. We trust him immensely & hate to think of him being close to retirement.

Not wonderful. Doc spent 30-45seconds in the room with me (Including looking at the chart and a cursory peek in my mouth), never introduced himself and disappeared. I had to ask the assistant who that even was....Dr Bierman.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at Complete Family Dentistry, and with Dr. Bierman. I went in a few months ago for an extraction. They split my gums wide open, didn't bother to tell me. After being in pain for more than a month the split in my gum finally started to heal... which revealed a large piece of tooth or bone sticking out of my gums. During my return appt. to have it fixed, Dr. Bierman screamed at me and was extremely aggressive at the very suggestion that he may have made a mistake. I tho
