Dr. Gregory Cox, DDS

My visit was the worst I ever had I’m still suffering from the work he did on my teeth. I had abridge of three on my right top and one on the bottom. I got a small cavity under one tooth on the bottom and one on the top. He told me he had to make new bridges for both the one on the bottom broke off and now I have a partial denture. Then I had to pay thousands of dollars for him to ruin my teeth.

Root canal went bad. Doctors office didn’t followed up. Staff is rude and didn’t informed the office manager. Office manager forget to keep her word to refer back to me as promised. Initially she didn’t know much about the matter, definitely lack of communication and professionalism all together. I asked to talk with Dr. Cox, more likely he doesn’t even know what’s going on. In the meantime I had the problem solved by another professional. It seems that Dr. Cox didn’t performed well to begin with. Make yourself a favor and do some research first before it’s too late. I’ll file a complaint and pursuit legal action.

This review pertains strictly to Dr. Gregory Cox’s business ethics (or lack of) in dealing with the refund request of a large amount of credited funds that were never used due to effects of the pandemic. Numerous attempts were made to contact him (via phone and detailed emails) to address this issue — but he has never responded...not even with a suggested resolution! This matter has proven frustrating beyond belief! A suggestion to anyone considering paying upfront for dental work you may need — DON’T!!!

very poor my teeth didn't even feel clean after a "cleaning"

My family has been going to Dr Cox for over 15 years & never received anything but great care. Three of our kids had braces from here & turned out great. We have had great service from a professional staff. Dr. Cox is a bit quiet until he knows you; but I did't pick my dentist to entertain me. He has always taken the time to answer my questions & explain any necessary procedures. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a long-term dental relationship with someone you can trust.

Had a crown put on my tooth which he did fine on the dental work but lacks in communication. Never spoke to me had the dental assistant do all the communication. He only talked to her.

Leaves dental assistants work on your teeth.Very poor communication skills.
