Dr. Gregory Farthing, DDS

there was no visit. farthings asst threw us out of the practice at the door, after 32 years.

I had a procedure for bone marrow and to remove a cracked implant. I have had quite a few dental procedures in the past and never experienced anything like what I went thru. It took almost a month to feel better. Dr. Farthing's office is set up like an assembly line and he is not personable at all. He does not communicate with you. I think he just worries about getting to his next patient.

After a bike crash and enduring trauma to my teeth, Dr. Farthing was not the right specialist to see. While I think his intentions were good, my experience was not so great. The teeth I knocked loose were not properly repositioned and the stint/bonding job done was far from done properly. Dr. Farthing was somewhat empathetic as I was in immense pain, but after a traumatic experience like this, I'm sad to say that he made the situation worse. Dr. Farthing also missed that I endured a full fracture to one of my upper teeth. He came highly recommended, so I'm sad that things did not work out. I'm sure he's great with his area of expertise and other patients, but my experience was pretty poor, and the endodontist I later saw was also less than impressed. Surprisingly, Dr. Farthing never offered to prescribe pain meds either. All around just a poor experience - even his assistant was terrible.

I have been seeing Dr. Farthing for 30 years He solved a huge problem I had with resorption initially, and has kept my teeth in wonderful condition ever since which isn't easy. A childhood injury has caused no end to problems with my teeth and gums. He has proactively handled every problem that has come along. I think the world of him and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

My wife and I have used Dr farther and numerous times and he is Simply the Best.

BOTCHED!!??? A bone graft and implant should last longer than 2.5 years. Regular dental visits and no problems with any other teeth other than this one. $95 'consult' to be told he wants to do a whole new bone graft (full price) Time to find a decent dental professional who can get it right the first time (or at least stand behind their work........)

Just don't go to Dr. Farthing...all about the money

In the field of periodontics, Dr. Farthing is a true rock star. His expertise is readily apparent to his patients. Dr. Farthing performed gum surgery on both my upper and lower gums. Although the surgery requires some down time and serious after care by the patient, the results are well worth it. The staff at Dr. Farthing's office are particularly knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Farthing to anyone who needs gum surgery.
