billing nightmare
My kids and I went to Dr Graber for years, all was ok until he got a new office staff, now they are actively billing above the contracted insurance amount. Dr Graber is in on it too as I spoke with him about it. Sending me a bill for 50$(no specific charge either just 50$ charge not the deductible either) for a routine cleaning after insurance fully paid. I questioned him and he went off and I mean off on me. Yelled at me for 5 minutes till I walked out in tears. So not worth it all of us are moving on now. I no longer trust any of them.

UNPROFESSIONAL
DR GRABER BILLED US FOR ONE OF MY KIDS 50$ ABOVE CONTRACTED AMOUNT AND SENT A BILL WITH NO EXPLANATION WHAT IT WAS EVEN FOR. I WENT THERE TO ASK ABOUT IT. HE LEFT HIS PATIENTS TO COME TO WAIT ROOM THEN STARTED YELLING AT ME AND INSULTING ME IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE STAFF AND OTHER CUSTOMERS.

I am not from the area, but every winter lately I've had an emergency. Always gone here and been treated well and promptly. My very fussy MN dentist even said he did a good job!
