If I could give 0 stars, that would probably be my rating for this dentist. Both my husband and I had visits there and they are just not anywhere near what we expected. This was once Dr. Fred Rich's office and we loved it there! We were sure he had found a replacement that would be as awesome as him, but we were so sorely disappointed! Between dropping tools on the floor, trying to put a crown in backwards and fumbling with instruments, we were left completely disheartened with this dental care provider. The work he did finally accomplish on my husband was substandard at best and we are seeking another provider to fix it. Also, they forced us to have new panoramic images even though we had everything sent to their office from our previous dental care provider. A huge expense when we don't have insurance! I can't say anything good about the place, other than the receptionists were friendly and accommodating.
