After 15 plus years of tolerating one of the rudest groups of front desk providers I finally had all records transferred to a new dentist. Dr Mertes is a caring compassionate and competent Doctor. His staff is rude, disinterested and clearly not reflecting Dr Mertes. My son opted out of his last pediatric dentist. As a child who has grown up Medically involved; while a part of large medical systems... there was absolutely no bond to the front desk and the women who saw him grow —cold and rude.
