Scheduled an urgent appointment, and they got me in right away the same day. Super friendly staff, Dr Neu was very informative and thorough.

Dr Tim & Casey made sure I wasnt in any pain & they treated me like a human being & not just another job to do. We were joking around a lot......even after being there for over 4 hours & 2 of them were after they closed. Tim explained everything he was doing & took some pictures of the process to show me. He took a broke tooth & turned it back into a normal looking tooth again & I have no more headaches & I really like that you dnt see a broke tooth looking at you when I smile anymore. Dr Neu made it all happen when I didn't think I'd be able to & I can't thank him enough!!!!

Everything was fully explained. Time was spent to assess the source of discomfort and a written plan of treatment along with estimated cost was provided. When they found out about my recent heart attack a full array of questions about the medical care received were asked. Dr. Neu felt a matter needed to be referred to my primary care for follow up and took the time to compose a letter to my primary care doctor. A great dental practice that excels in patient care.

Had a crown replaced and Dr. NEU was very clear in his explanation of how he was going to proceed. I had to return for some adjustments to the bite on the crown and once again Dr. Neu explained in detail what was happening, why, and how it's being corrected. I'm incredibly happy with the results. I have a Neu smile.

From the moment you walk into the door you're greeted with a smiling friendly face. Every person in that office is there for your comfort and concerns. During extensive procedures Dr new continuously make sure that you are okay, he is a kindest gentlest dentist I've ever been to in my life. He takes his time, addresses any concerns you may have & It is quite obvious he truly cares about his patients. Thank you to Dr Neu & his wonderful staff!

Dr Neu reviewed my x-rays and explained all the necessary dental work while showing the teeth onscreen. He is efficient, personable and explains dental procedures very well. He viewed the x-rays and recommended a plan of action for dental work I need. I am very satisfied with his obversations.

As always, my appointment with Dr. Neu and his staff was very positive. I am always made to feel welcomed, the reason for my visit was throughly addressed, I was offered water, a blanket, or a protein shake due to it being lunch time. To me, this says that they care about their patient's comfort. I have never had such a caring and professional doctor and staff.
