The staff are really friendly and personable. The dentist spent a great deal of time with me, making sure a thorough exam was done and everything was explained to me in detail. I never felt rushed. And they were exactly on time with my appointment time. No long wait time, which I appreciate. I highly recommend!

The dentist I saw was in a rush, barely spent any time to examine my mouth. I asked if I needed the deep cleaning as a previous dentist had mentioned I would need a deep cleaning. The dentist I saw said no that I only needed the regular. Flash forward to 7 months later and a different dentist tells me I need a deep cleaning. Why was it that the dentist at Gustavo Salas office couldn’t have told me the same thing instead of rushing me to get out. Worst and untrustworthy dentist.

I scheduled an appointment for myself and my mom. The day of the appointment they called to say they weren’t able to get in touch with my insurance as if it’s my fault they procastinated and didn’t verify days before my appointment. Then I arrived and they said they got kicked out of my insurance provider. Waited over an hour for my mom to be seen not even with Gustavo Salas which is who we scheduled with but instead it was an Asian guy who didn’t speak Spanish. The only reason I scheduled with Gustavo Salas was so my mom could feel comfortable communicating in Spanish. Horrible experience!
