I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning as a new patient. When I came in they wanted to do the cleaning part first, then have me back in a few weeks later for gum measurements. While I was in the chair I specifically asked several times if this was a regular cleaning and would be billed as such, and was assured it would be. When the bill comes it's for a different procedure and the explanation from the office was unhelpful and uncaring. Very disappointed.
