Dr. Haralambos Vlahos, DMD

I write this review on behalf of my elderly sister, for whom Dr. Vlahos has provided dental care for quite a few years. My sister is 88 years old, and has dementia. I am her guardian. In recent years, my sister has needed a wide array of dental work. Not only has Dr. V's services been competent, but he has been very patient and compassionate in explaining to my sister what needed to be done, and why. Also, he is unfailingly friendly and polite. I recommend him highly and without reservation. (He did not solicit this review, and does not know I'm providing it.)

Dr. Vlahos is outstanding. He is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer questions, and his exams are thorough. Also, he did a great job placing a filling in one of my teeth. It was painless and otherwise successful. His hygienist Karin is also outstanding, as she, too, is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Her cleanings are extremely thorough. I have seen Dr. Vlahos and Karin for over three years, and I give them my highest commendation.

STAY AWAY Ended up drilling to deep creating a root canal! The X-ray I brought in and that he took showed no decay at all under my previous onlay. It was old and loose with a pinhole opening in it.I went to have a new onlay made. Two dentists and myself ( ex dental hygienist) saw clearly that it was not in any way in jeopardy of needing root canal! It was lunch hour so I thought his receptionist and assistant were out to lunch but found out he does not have either he barely has a practicenosurpr
