The dentist was there by herself without staff. The office was taped off with construction dust throughout. The cleaning was not very detailed. She did not measure the pockets like dentists normally do

I was experiencing unending tooth pain for a long period of time, followed by multiple office visits to a dentist who I was initially seeing for treatment. The cause for my pain was never determined or resolved. It wasn't until I experienced an episode of the most severe tooth and jaw pain that my special friend Kristi, recommended that I see Dr. Bal. After contacting her office, and speaking with her staff, I was able to be scheduled for an appointment and seen that very same day. Upon arriving to her office I was welcomed with outstanding customer service. Every member of her team was professional, caring, compassionate, and I felt confident that she would do her best to resolve my issue. The most amazing and wonderful fact of the matter, was that Dr. Bal was able to diagnose , prognose and resolve my issue during this one visit. As a result, I AM PAIN FREE TODAY! I highly recommend Dr. Bal for any dental concerns that anyone may have.

Referred by a close friend after several bad experiences at my previous dentist. My experience with Dr. Bal and her whole staff has been excellent. I just finished with my third visit. The hygienist I've had are gentle and thorough. Everyone is cheerful. And Dr. Bal explains everything to me.
