Dr. Hoffman is a professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable provider. Her ability to put kids at ease is truly remarkable. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist!

Dr. Hoffman is an incredibly kind and patient pediatric dentist. She is very knowledgeable, and takes time to explain what she is doing and why. I am always present when she is treating my children, and they are always happy and excited to be at the dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Hoffman to any of my friends.

Poor service quality, don't address my concerns on the ortho treatment outcome, refuse to complete the work, and no refund for unfinished work. Multiple billing errors and overcharges. The front desk staff is rude.

Dr. Hoffman is a pediatric dentist, not a licensed orthodontist. The service quality she performed on my child is poor. I purchased an orthodontic treatment plan for my child and paid over $2,000 in full. Dr. Hoffman took off the braces before the teeth got aligned and didn’t provide an opportunity for me to address my concerns before she removed the wires and brackets. After removing the braces, she didn’t use wire as a retainer or provide a removable retainer. No alignment improvement of the upper front fourth teeth. Because Dr. Hoffman refuses to complete the treatment plan and refuses to refund me for the unfinished work, I must find another dentist to complete the treatment. It will be an additional cost. My child has suffered the braces treatment for months without the expected improvement described by Dr. Hoffman before starting the treatment.
