Dr. Heather Yates, DMD

Dr. Heather Yates at "All About You Dentistry" is the best Dentist we have ever had! Our family has been going there for 5 years now and have never been disappointed with any dental work, procedures, or services that's been performed by her or her staff. Everyone working there is always polite, friendly, yet professional, and strives to make us to feel comfortable and relaxed. We very rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Dr. Yates is very gentle while working on your teeth. I don't know how she does it, but we barely feel anything when she gives the inevitable shots, thank goodness! Another plus is she tells you throughout procedures what comes next and what to expect, making the whole dental experience as stress-free as possible. We trust her judgement, competence, and professional abilities to perform any treatment she recommends to us. We highly recommend her!

Can't say enough good things about this place! Dr. Yates really takes her time and thoroughly explains everything. Most importantly, I never had any pain during any of my visits. She was very gentle during all the procedures including the cleaning. The office is clean and cheerfully decorated. Just had a filling replaced and it was done quickly and efficiently with no pain. My dad and uncle had their dentures made here and they were very satisfied with the quality of the dentures and the care they received leading up to the denture process. If you are afraid of the dentist and/or worried about pain, this is the practice for you. Everything will be explained to you and many precautions are taken to ensure you have a pain free and less stressful experience.

Dr. Yates has changed my life or I should say she gave it back to me. She gave me my smile back and self confidence and the best false teeth I could ever hope for and her people was the best and the kindest office staff I've ever had the pleaser to have work on me. They are the best! Thank you Dr.Yates.

Never returns phone call about a bridge I need replaces. Humana said they ask her for the additional info and they do not send, could be her employees that are bad or what. Not sure why she has an office if you cant find out info on the claim, its been 2 months now and still no answers, really bad customer service, go somewhere else, wasted 2 months now on her

Best oral exam I have ever experienced. Dr. Yates takes so much time answering questions & explaining treatment. I would not hesitate to refer family & friends to Dr. Yates... Great office!
