Dr. Segal, endodontist and his assistant Mary are both"real", had great personable sense of humor and professional - they cater to cowards and played music as a good distraction. Can't say enough grrreatness about them!!!!!!!!! ,<3 <3 <3

Excellent Job warm and understanding individual.

Dr. Segal has done a number of root canals for me over the years, and I give him my highest recommendation. He and all of his office staff are kind, courteous, and skilled. It’s hard to be happy about having root canals done, but Dr. Segal has made it as pleasant as it could possibly be.

Dr. Segal did a great job on a front tooth! I had an incident with my 35 lb terrier where I went to throw the toy and she followed my hand and head butted me in the mouth, knocking my front tooth loose and requiring a root canal and some other work. Dr. Segal worked to save my tooth and did an incredible job! The procedure was not am easy one but he was kind and supportive throughout and a few months later it was bothering me and he made time within a few days to see me again to check in. He is a very compassionate dentist and I was lucky to be referred to him. Unfortunately, he was "out of network" and his staff didn't follow up on that or let me know so make sure you call your insurance BEFORE you get the work done, I felt misled that it would be in network.My dentist said he was the BEST one and considering it was a front tooth it was worth the out of pocket expense. It was a lofty expense being out of pocket so don't take their word for it. The tooth looks great though, thx to him.

My root canal was expensive and only 3/4 completed. To my knowledge, it would be complete but Dr. Segal doesn’t do permanent fillings. Another dentist in Troy put in a permanent filling for $170. Segal charged $1295 for his portion of the job.

Wonderful! He was kind, patient and made me as comfortable as possible. The root canal is a complete success. Thank you Dr. Segal and staff.

Dr. Segal and his staff are incredibly skilled, competent, kind, and patient. My young daughter needed a root canal after an accident damaged her front tooth. She was terrified of having the procedure done, but Dr. Segal and his staff worked with us to get her through it. Thank you!!!

I had a root Canal done in his office in Troy, NY earlier this year and I can say that my visits there were excellent. I would recommend him highly; very courteous Dr's and staff. I had no infections after procedures nor any complications thereafter. He was very informative and didn't leave any unanswered questions or on my behalf no patient anxieties. If I have to have anything done again I hope my current Dr. will refer me to him. Thank you Dr. Segal and staff! :)
