Do not trust this practice. She recommended a crown where I'm sure I had a crown already, but this was my first visit and I have always trusted my previous dentists. I went ahead with the crown, not quite feeling right about it. At the last minute she told me I had to pay $200 extra for the crown. I've never paid extra for a crown. Insurance has always covered it. She also showed me a picture of a tooth that needed filling. I had that filling done but now I'm wondering if that picture was even of my tooth!She told me I didn't have crowns where I know for a fact that I have crowns, maybe planning scams for future visits? There will not be ant future visits!

I came in for a checkup and cleaning before heart value replacement, and only needed to make sure there where no serious infections, or loose teeth. Not for cosmetic issues! She wrote up a plan that was not for what my heart surgeon in NYC wanted or needed to know. They where all for replacement of fillings, crowns, that where not necessary at this time before surgery. The total cost to me would be approx. $20,000! I feel, and so does my heart surgeon she was trying to take advantage of me.

After receiving various letters from THIS DENTAL office on dental work i supposedly need, i got a second opinion. As per my new dentist: I DO NOT NEED ANY OF THE WORK YOU WANTED TO DO ON ME AND I DO NOT NEED TO HAVE MY OLDER FILLINGS REPLACED. It is dentists like you that give dentist a bad name. Shame on you. And that is MY OPINION WHICH I AM ENTITLED TO GIVE.
