Professional and is heartfelt person.
The whole staff greets with smiles. Dr. Lufburrow very professional and makes you feel special. Explanation on treatment very understanding. He truly cares for you treatment and health. Best dentist and love him very much as well as the staff very loveable and caring.

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!
Just moved to Temple needed a new dentist. Dr. Lufburrow and his team were awesome. Needed a root canal and crown. I am usually very nervous at the dentist but from the time I walked through the door everyone made me feel so calm and relaxed and was very considerate and compassionate about my feelings. Would highly recommend.

Crowns repeatedly came out and all he would do is recement, so I filed a complaint with the dental board after another dentist redid the crowns and stated that lufburrow’s work was very sub par.

Does not stand behind his work. My crown has come off 3 times in the last 3 years and he wants to charge me an office visit AND $199 to resit the crown.I had another dentist resit it before because I am suspicious of billing practices at Lufburrow's. New dentist does not think implant is tall enough to anchor crown which is why it keeps coming off . X-ray shows root still present which is causing pain. I will have to pay someone else to fix his shoddy work and it was not cheap. Do not use him

If I could give zero stars , I would. Was told when making my cleaning appointment that they were in network for my insurance and everything would be covered. I received a bill for over $100 for x-rays that weren't covered because they were not in network for my insurance. They misled me to believe I was covered when in fact I wasn't. Will NEVER return here.

Went in for general cleaning, was offered floride rinse-I declined. Was offered the bitewing X-I accepted that. I asked at front desk if there were charges sheet, they said no. A few weeks later I receive a bill from ins for floride. The dentist submitted the bill! They are NOT attentive to their duties, only interested taking your money. WOULD NEVER RETURN-RECOMMEND-would not take a snake there!

Chose this dentist because they were in my network. They are no longer in my network and neglected to tell me when I went in for an appointment. They stated "it's my insurance companies responsible to inform me, not theirs." Then they wouldn't submit the claim to my major medical because "they only submit one claim." Needless to say, what's not covered for a simple cleaning is out of my pocket. Not happy, not happy at all. Time for a new dentist!

Absolutely discussed. This dentist was to busy answering his phone during treatment and trying to look down my shirt. Also during my visit equipment was getting repossessed. The staff up front is rude. What has happened to this office!!!!!!
