Will not pay us the insurance money $1900.00 that is due to me. I was informed by the receptionist that my implants was not covered by my insurance. I paid the full amount of $3800.00 then discovered that my insurance paid Dr. Phen $1900.00 in which he refuses to pay me after several attempts. Seeking legal action. Also the implant procedure left me in great pain for several weeks due to a screw improperly installed which dislodged while I was sleeping resulting in no more pain. NO PHEN!
