Dr Al & his staff are the best. They are always friendly & accommodating. They always work with you as a patient. I would have never picked the better orthodontist... I'm so glad I found Tyson's West Orthodontics.

Called to have my broken bracket fixed hoping to get something within the week, but they were able to schedule me in that day. Definitely recommend them to others due to their awesome and friendly atmosphere, treatment, and professionalism.

I have had a fantastic experience with Tysons West Orthodontics. I am about 70% of the way through an adult Invisalign treatment and am using Acceledent to reduce my treatment time. Dr. Alhussain is great at what he does. What does this mean to me as a patient? Dr. Alhussain and his team set my expectations up front and have met and exceeded those expectations.
