Dr. Indra Quagliata, DDS

My recent office visit,  I had quite a bit of work done. 6 teeth to be exact, including 1 Root Canal. I have been a patient of SMYLIQUE Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for about 2 years now, and knew I would be well taken care of however anxiety, is what it is. In past years Ive been seen by quite a few different Dentists in the Rochester area (not the greatest experiences). I have NEVER experienced the amount of professionalism, genuine care and concern, and expertise throughout the ENTIRE staff! Dr. Quagliata literally gave me my beauty back! I am forever grateful to her,  and the whole SMYLIQUE Family & Cosmetic Dentistry!

Told me I need 3 fillings and when I showed up at my appointment the Dr told me there’s was a mistake and glitch in the system so I went home wasteing my time. At my 6 months cleaning she told me I had never come in to get my fillings done and they have gotten worse, when I tried to explain that she told me they were a mistake she said I was misremembering and later blamed it on an incompetent assistant. The staff is Great and welcoming while, the dentist is overall terribl.

My kids were told they had multiple cavities that needed to be filled and needed some special "partial cap" that IQ "happens" to make there. My kids have taken very good care of their teeth and had regular check-ups. Both had second opinions done, each with a different dentist and both were told the procedures were unnecessary and excessive. I think this dentist is trying to make money during the school year to have the summer off, at the patient's expense. We all left her practice.

My husband & I came to Dr Quagliata because friends highly recommended her. We were told we both needed several fillings so we asked questions. The front desk lady told us that we should get a second opinion. We did & were told that our cavities were on the tops of our teeth so they could not be seen on xray and that they could be filled now while they are small or watched until they get bigger, but why would we want to wait for a cavity to get bigger? Sorry we doubted Dr Quagliata.

A superb experience. 12 months ago I switched to Dr. Quagliata's office and I have been thrilled. Dr. Quagliata fixed a broken tooth with a new onlay that was milled the same day onsite . Her dental hygienist Jennifer is incredible and provided the best and most gentle cleaning experience I have had. Highly recommend.

I take my daughter to the dentist every 6 months. Her first time at this office the Dr said she needed multiple surface composites on all her molars/premolars. I couldn't believe it because she just had a cleaning/ excellent exam only 6 months prior.I took her today to Brighton Dental Group and I informed them that she had many fillings that were needed. The hygienist didn't see anything during her exam, the Dr came in and did exam & ZERO cavities! Dr. Quailiata only cares about getting your $$$

Staff and hygentist are amazing! Dr.Q, not so much. Horrible experience with cavity fillings. No regards at all for patients pain level, very rough with novicane needle, no communication and seemed very rushed. Fillings were left unpolished and rough, cotton rolls were left in my numbed up mouth for me to discover later on while trying to talk. Overall the worst possible dental experience ever.

Horrible! My husband was told he had 12 cavities and I was told I had 11. We put our trust in Dr Quagliata. My husband went and had 6 fillings done on half of his mouth and the fillings were left so high he was in agony!! He strongly suggested we get another opinion. So we went to a dentist that came highly recommended as being very honest. He only found 2 cavities in my husband and 1 in me! He confirmed that my husbands fillings were too high, I could go on, unbelievable! Don't go here!!!

Every aspect of the experience at IQ Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is first-class! The atmosphere is cozy and the decor is tasteful. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Quagliata has a strong, confident, yet gentle touch, a keen eye for detail, and takes a very thorough approach to diagnosis and treatment. What more can I say? Going to the dentist can be enjoyable!

Dr Indra & her team are an example of the highest quality of care and innovation in dentistry and facial esthetics. Indra cares for her patients and is very forward thinking in both care and prevention of dental diseases. I came to her practice after a unprofessional and unethical experience by another Rochester NY dentist. I have recommended many patients & I will continue to do so. Recently we had a horrible experience . The procedure done was not only questionable, it was painful and uncalled for when I had this done previously from other Dentists. The staff is wonderful, however i can't I cant say the same for the Dr. She is rough with oral techniques, and does not seem to have regard for a patients pain level.

Dr. Quagliata and her Staff are always upbeat and friendly. They take great pride in their work and assure every procedure is perfect. They are helpful with the questions I have. I would highly recommend Dr. Quagliata and her Team.

I hated to go to the dentist. I didn't go unless I had no other option, until I found Dr Quagliata. Now I go regularly and couldn't be more pleased. She makes me comfortable and pain free. Highly recommend especially for those who are anxious like myself. Very friendly staff. Love it!!

The best choose no other! Fast and perfect.

PLEASE READ! Dr. Quagliata recently diagnosed my child with having multiple cavitities that would require fillings. We are diligent about our child's oral hygiene and we were very concerned with this diagnosis. We took our child to another dentist for a 2nd opinion and they did not find any cavitities. What is really disturbing is that when we received our child's chart, there was not a reference from Dr. Quagliata about having cavitities. In fact the chart stated he had great oral hygiene.

Dr. Quagliata is a talented skilled dentist who cares so deaply about her patients. She is very proactive and does not wait for small problems to become emergencys. She took such good care of me and my family and I am so happy to have found this practice. Her staff is so educated and personable. Everyone made me feel at home. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Quagliata spends no time with you. Apparently, she's able to see cavities that don't show up on x-rays. When she first took over this practice the staff was great, but it has quickly gone down hill. Stay away from her if you care about your teeth!!!

Dr. Q has education & training in Europe and the University of Rochester. She's very skilled, professional, and a great communicator.

I have stage 4 cancer and Dr Q. Recommended 2 fillings and 2 crowns at my last visit. I was concerned about the necessity of crowns at this stage of my life and whether there were other options. I had a second opinion and I do not need either the fillings or crowns! It makes me question the thousands of dollars I have spent in the las couple years at this practice!
