I once had a toothache. When I got cold water on it, it hurt. I called the doctor and asked if my insurance covered the consultation. The manager kindly replied, “Yes, of course. Nothing is done without contacting your insurer. Let's have an extra dental cleaning - that's our rule. Everything will be paid by the insurer, be calm.” I agreed, although I didn't understand how one could do this procedure with a toothache. I arrived at the appointed hour, was greeted with a smile, and was informed that I would have to pay for the service if the insurer did not pay for it. It was like a thunderbolt. There was a commitment on the table that I had to sign or walk away. I chose the second path. Within two hours I was already at another doctor in the area. Using my insurance, he gave me a consultation with no additional conditions and no teeth cleaning. But that's a whole other story. The moral is not all gold that glitters.

Coming to her office the first time, I was terrified due to previous dentist-related trauma, and was nearly in a panic the first time I sat in the chair. But Dr. Goykman-Amir, in the 2 years I've been seeing her, has helped and worked with me around my dental anxiety and trauma to the point I no longer have panic attacks prior to seeing a dentist, and I no longer dread going for my bi-yearly check-up. Her top priority is making sure the patient is comfortable and she's more than willing to work with me around my specific triggers and anxieties. The front desk receptionists are also wonderful, being just as compassionate as her. There is no other dentist I'd recommend for people with dental anxiety.

I never seen on my life an medical office like this , clean , net ,the stuff is so professional, the receptionist so polite , fast . Doctor she is pretty woman , she is not running after money she propose the best for you . I was so confortable . I went today she is calm she knows what she is doing I recommend highly
