Dr. Insook Smith, DDS

Dr Smith took out a tooth from the front of my mouth leaving a huge gap that was noticeably ugly and embarrassing. After she removed the tooth, she then said that she would leave me that way without a permanent fix. Only then did she ask if I would approve it. In response, I said, what are you going to do, put it back in? At that moment, she made it sound like I would be finished with the whole thing in about two weeks. That was not the case. Her staff totally mishandled my insurance claim therefore making me walk around for what probably would have been two to more months. She didn’t care what I looked like or what I wanted. I then asked since I would have to wait an extraordinarily long time for a permanent fix, if she would do a temporary fix. She said no. She said she didn’t do that type of thing. Yet, she does claim to do cosmetic dentistry. But she can’t fix a problem that she was part of. When pushed by my wife who is a health care professional to do a temporary fix, Dr Smith relented but she would not take my insurance, I had to pay cash and pay it up front. Not check, not credit card, cold hard cash, before they would even start the multiple appointment procedure. I have been going to this practice for about 15 years, well before she bought it. I have never not paid a bill. I have never been late with a payment. And my insurance has always paid most of the bill. Dr Smith’s conduct is reprehensible.

Worse visit to a dentist ever!Dr Smith told me I had more than a dozen cavities (not true; I had no cavities) and berated me for not taking good care of my teeth. I felt horrible after meeting with her and would not recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care.

I really like Dr. Smith and Sherri is really nice everyone is nice.

She is a rude and stupid dentist! Not only did she lie but she treats you like an infant. I would want her working on my worst enemy. She should lose her license.

Staff is nice but horrible dentist. She doesn't know what she's doing... Very unprofessional... Can't understand anything she says will not be going back!! She needs to close her building down or someone does!!!

I have been going to Dr. Smith for a couple of years. The hygienist (Rita) was great. No pain. Dr Smith has always been nice, and thorough. She is a bit of a soft talker, but so what? Pay more attention. I had a tooth that had to be pulled at the last minute on a routine visit. No problem, painless and she took care if right away.

She is very rude not a good person to be a dentist and work with children i missed one appointment and called to reschedule then went to my next appointment and was told that dr smith did not want to see me anymore because I missed that one time I was in the hospital with the flu!!!

I had neglected my teeth for years & initially chose Dr. Smith because she accepted my dental discount plan. I hated going to dentists but quickly became relaxed for my visits to complete the dental work required. Everyone in the office was super friendly. I would recommend Dr. Smith to others.

Had a tooth filled here paid full price it came less than a year later, the receptionist were rude when calling back wouldn't let me speak to a dentist to see about it & would not stand behind their work and the dentist some horrible work.
