Dr. Irwan Goh, DDS

The dentist is fine: No better or worse than others. The practice as a whole is the absolute worst. They upsell you non-stop. They try to make you pay for procedures not covered by insurance. If you say no, they make you feel like a bum. And while doing other work, they just keep rubbing it in: "Wow! You don't wanna pay 800 bucks for this procedure? Don't you understand that it is good?" I do, not everybody has a spare 800 bucks every time they go see amazing Mr Goh. They give you an estimate of $5-10K for pretty routine stuff, and make this look of genuine disbelief that you do not want to sign on the dotted line right away. They always charge (and routinely overcharge) you at the time of the visit; the concept of billing you after the claim is processed by your insurance company sounds really foreign to them (when you try to introduce it to them, they look at you like you are "special"). Awful, annoying, disgusting, and unbelievably greedy and arrogant group of people. Stay away.

Dr Goh is always excellent and professional. His staff is kind and courteous.

Though I fear dentists, my experience over the last theee years ,with Dr. Goh has been wonderful . He is a caring and concerned practitioner with great skills and empathy for the patient. I can never say I enjoy going to the dentist but it’s as good as I remember. Dr. Goh is engaging and funny to boot. Go figure, a funny dentist.

Dr Goh and his entire staff are all great, knowledgeable and friendly professionals. Always have a great experience in their office and trust me I have needed their services quite a bit! But I always feel comfortable in their office with whatever service they are providing me. And I know I am getting quality care and service. Very professional office staff; beautiful office and treatment rooms. My very first visit to Dr. Goh was a pleasant experience even though I am a hesitant dental patient because of prior mouth issues and a gagging reflex. He took his time and explained everything clearly in addition to answering my dozens of questions. I was not rushed and he was able to make me feel calm about the upcoming surgery. That meant a lot.
