HORRIFIC. He was the worst dentist I have ever seen. He treated me horribly, hurt and bruised my mouth during a routine cleaning, and also did not complete the full cleaning. All he did was scrape old metal instruments across my teeth while hurting me. This man should not be allowed to come near people.

I only had one appointment with Dr. Chaplik. Evidently, Dr. Chaplik has been practicing dentistry for over 13 years. I met with him only the one time, so please take this for what it's worth. In short, both the dentist and nurse are rude. Nurse did not even say hello. She just started shoving stuff in my mouth and snapped when I was slow to follow instructions due to pain. Dentist is the same way. I think they'll make you feel more pain because they don't seem to care and they're incompetent.

Dr. Ivan Chaplik is a dentist who practices in downtown Brooklyn. I have been his patient for a number of years. Because of his understanding and care of patients, he has restored my faith in dentists after unpleasant past experiences. Dr. Chaplik is extremely personable and makes sure you understand any treatment that is to be rendered. I will continue to be his patient.

My visit at Pacific dental care office was really great! Dr. Chaplik is very gentle and processional, took time to explain my oral health to me. And I was able to ask questions comfortably. The office is clean, staff is nice and almost no waiting time. I will definitely be back and Im so glad i found my new dentist in the city!
