Dr. Ivan Stein, DDS

I broke my tooth 2 days before traveling to Europe. Dr Stein and his team repaired my tooth before I left! They were fast and very nice. The people there are very professional. Thank you.

I had a broken tooth in front and hurt like heck. Called the office as a new patient and was seen right away! (My old DDS was off that day !) The doctor was great, no pain and my tooth looks brand new.

Had an emergency and my dentist of 15 years was unavailable. Called Northfield only to be answered by a very sweet lady who was able to get me in right away. The office is beautiful and saw me on time. Took care of my broken front tooth with great care. Looks great. Excellent office.

I have suffered from TMJ Disorder for 25 years, Sleep Apnea and Tinnitus for the past 2 years. Researched Dr. Ivan and wanted specifically HIM for consult and treatment. Was told both drs. would be in meeting. They were not. Most info. was taken by assistant then Dr. Allan. came in (Dr. Ivan's son). Asked for another consult with Dr. Ivan whom I had researched and chosen. Was given appt. then they cancelled it. Told me I'd have to pay for another consult and couldn't be seen for 4 months (after summer over on my third day back teaching with students) So disappointing. At one point, they called ME then said they needed to get off phone to go home and I was holding them there. RUDE! Staff gives conflicting misinformation. Tones are rude. Not worth going if this is what you have to contend with. Plus...they told me drs work together on your case but then said if one makes your devices, other won't work on it...Be WARY...

I really felt safe here. They take your temperature, give you a questionnaire before you walk in. Call you from the parking lot give you a mouth rinse and use UV lights all over the place. I notice they had these air filter machines in every room and even a machine next to your mouth that was suction for added safety. Wow. Keep it up.

I've been going to Dr. Stein for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Stein is the best. I wouldn't trust my teeth to any other dentist.

WOW! This group is on target. All new offices and up to date for COVID 19 Very impressive. Keep up the good work. This is why my entire family trusts these guys.

Came to see Dr Stein because of facial pain. Went to several specialists and finally referred here. Nice guy. Direct and no nonsense. Been under treatment for 3 weeks and feel so much better. Been suffering for 6 months with no end in site. Thanks to Dr Stein I feel much better.

I was shown a small, thin, clear dental appliance for TMJ treatments, that looked easy enough to wear. But then they made me a very big, thick white appliance that looks like something boxers wear in the ring. It was impossible to talk, breathe or close my mouth. I was shocked and upset and questioned why they had shown me something else, since I would NOT have agreed to the one they made me. Since it was "custom made" they would not refund me. I am now out $1000 because I was lied to.

I needed a 2nd opinion for a TMJ problem and Dr. Stein’s practice honored the “free consultation” they advertise on their site, which included several computerized tests, manual tests, and a thorough examination. Not only were Dr. Stein and his assistant thorough, knowledgeable, and caring; the office staff was friendly and helpful as well. If I didn’t live so far he’d be my regular dentist. I recommend this practice emphatically, without reservations. Great experience! Many thanks, Dr. Stein!

Dr Stein and the rest of his staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. It was as pleasant an experience as I've ever had in a drs office! I even got a phone call the next day from Carol to make sure I was feeling great. I will be back!

I have suffered from ear pain and jaw pain for 2 years. My pain was so bad that I needed to use prescription pain medication everyday. I was living in a fog. I went to 3 different doctors who were worthless. I was referred to Dr. Stein and was desperate!! After 4 visits of physical therapy a mouth piece and ear inserts I am a NEW man!! OUT OF PAIN!!! The Staff is wonderful and caring. They call me after each appointment to check on me. Dr. Stein is the Man. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Awful. !!!!!!!! Went to Dr Stein with some severe jaw pain. I have had a clenching problem since I was 9 years old. Spent about 5 minutes with me turned over to his assistant then another assistant. Spent 4 weeks in misery never concerned with how I was feeling. The mouth guard never was fit properly. I found him insensitive & feel the office is run by assistants not Dr Stein. Totally a money making operation.

I just had my first with Dr Stein. I can't tell you how compassionate and super patient he is. He is very very knowledgeable about TMJ. That is why I went to him. He truly cares about people. He is doing all he can for me to give me some relief. He did not rush me at all. I can't say enough good things about him. I would highly recommend for TMJ issues. His staff was super nice and also caring
