Lots of wait. The staff complains about pt that want thi g done right , manager amd dr hides when you come to claim a problem I've seen it. Get ready for a horrible backlash after procedures financially and emotionally

Dr. Oglesby is fair, honest, and professional. Another dentist had told me that my teeth needed a lot of work. After meeting with Dr. Oglesby, it turned out 90% of it was completely unnecessary. I originally went in to have a root canal, but it turned out that he needed to replace the entire tooth, and he still only charged me for a root canal. He is also very gentle with teeth. Nothing hurts at all and he has a very calming presence. Wish other dentists were like him.

HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! My family received assistance from Dr. Oglesby two years ago...... Though we have paid the bills, WE ARE CONSTANTLY GETTING BILLS. The office does not handle billing directly. They said it's done by CORPORATE. However they have no phone number for corporate to call. When asked to give details, they cannot provide details into the billing because it's an OLD SYSTEM. Yes, it's an OLD SYSTEM, because we haven't used them for years. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. If you want to be harassed and hassled OVER AND OVER AGAIN... With the office saying you have a ZERO BALANCE, then get ANOTHER BILL three months later.... use this dentist. IF NOT STAY CLEAR!

Have been going to Dr. Oglesby for a couple years now and have been very happy with their work.

Two big issues here. Did not see the dentist himself until 43 minutes after my appointment time. In that 43 minutes, they took x-rays and rubbed numbing stuff on my gums. That's it. The communication between staff members is not good. I was told a script had been called in to my pharmacy. Got up front and they asked me what pharmacy. We stopped by the pharmacy on the way home and they still had nothing. As it turned out, by the time it was called in, we didn't have time to get back there before they closed for the night. Ended up having to get it the next morning, well after I should have taken the first two pills. Frankly, unacceptable.

I highly do not recommend. I’ve had oral surgery (genetics, nothing I could prevent), which I’m very sensitive to, and multiple years of hardwire (not just traditional braces) for it. It’s a very sensitive topic for me, something I didn’t express to him, but that wasn’t the issue. The years of hardwire and oral surgery led to a minor case of gingivitis and multiple cavities. However, I only found this out from a different dentist and my orthodontist, who were both adamant that this couldn’t have been prevented. Dr. Oglesby had horrible bedside manner and made me believe it was my teeth brushing that caused my issues, not the oral surgery/hardwire. He insulted me multiple times before I broke in, and then he made a very offensive joke. Unless you want to get chewed out by a dentist with a wrong opinion, I wouldn’t recommend.

excellent in TMD/TMJ treatment

Dr Oglesby is knowledgeable, skilled and caring.

I like the time he spends telling you exactly what he want to do and explaining it. He also has a great sense of humor.

We are older patients with deteriorating fillings and cracking teeth. Dr Oglesby does an excellent job of replacing with caps and uplifting the appearance with ceramic materials. In the process he also does an excellent job of explaining and listening.

Good service, friendly staff. Innovative techniques.

New staff is 100% improvement! I was considering Norge Dental because of previous staff, despite great opinion of Dr. Oglesby. Definitely happier now! :)
